Craft Classes

These summer holidays, Lotta will be running kids craft classes at North Stradbroke Island in Queensland, Australia. The classes will be held at both Point Lookout (St Peter Chanel Church) and the Amity Point Community Club starting on 16th December.

Free classes

We will be running some free craft activities on Bingo Night at the Amity Point Community Centre.  Bingo is every Wednesday in the school holidays. Head down by 6 pm to register and BINGO will start at 7pm.

We will also be making Koala puppets at the Point Lookout Markets on Sundays between 8am-12pm for a donation to help the koalas affected by the bushfires. Donations will be made to WIRES.

January classes

Come to our tent the Point Lookout Markets on Sundays between 8am-12pm to print a whale tote bag.  No bookings, just come down and see us.  $15 or print 2 bags for $20.

Make a unicorn hand puppet at our tent the Point Lookout Markets on Sundays between 8am-12pm. No bookings, just come down.  Cost is $10 per puppet or 2 for $15.

Age range: over 7 years      Time: 1.5 hours-2 hours     Price: $25

In this class, kids will make a magical mermaid. After the class they will have the perfect mermaid friend to take to the beach for imaginative nature play.

Kids will learn to sew a koala bag, a cute accessory to remember their visit to Straddie and our famous koalas.
