Digital products are delivered via email once payment is received. Click on the column circled below and your download will go straight to the Downloads folder on your computer.<\/p>\n

Sometimes very strong spam filters, mostly for school\/education servers, will stop the email getting through to you at all. If you don’t get an email straight after purchase, please reach out and I will send your files manually as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Some downloads will be zipped files that need to be decompressed. To unzip (extract) files \u2014right click it and select ‘Extract all’ on Windows or simply double click it on a Mac.<\/p>\n

Magazines<\/strong><\/p>\n

Order processing time:<\/strong> Orders will be packaged and shipped in 1-2 business days.<\/p>\n

Postage in Australia is via Australia Post.<\/p>\n

Small quantities of magazines will be sent by Regular Letter mail without tracking. Delivery time for Queensland is 3-5 business days and interstate 4-7 business days.<\/p>\n

Larger quantities of magazines will be sent by Parcel Post. Delivery time in Queensland is 2-4 business days and interstate 3-6 business days. \u00a0Tracking information will be provided to you from Australia Post via email.<\/p>\n

Orders to the United States may be delayed due to ongoing tariff issues.
