Digital products
Digital products are delivered via email once payment is received. Click on the column circled below and your download will go straight to the Downloads folder on your computer.
Sometimes very strong spam filters, mostly for school/education servers, will stop the email getting through to you at all. If you don’t get an email straight after purchase, please reach out and I will send your files manually as soon as possible.
Some downloads will be zipped files that need to be decompressed. To unzip (extract) files —right click it and select ‘Extract all’ on Windows or simply double click it on a Mac.

Magazines
Order processing time: Orders will be packaged and shipped in 1-2 business days.
Postage in Australia is via Australia Post.
Small quantities of magazines will be sent by Regular Letter mail without tracking. Delivery time for Queensland is 3-5 business days and interstate 4-7 business days.
Larger quantities of magazines will be sent by Parcel Post. Delivery time in Queensland is 2-4 business days and interstate 3-6 business days. Tracking information will be provided to you from Australia Post via email.

Orders to the United States may be delayed due to ongoing tariff issues. There are currently no tariffs being charged but this is subject to change at short notice. If there is a problem with postage to the USA, I will email you to discuss options.
